Refunds & Returns

At Suvarnshree LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refunds & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted on https://www.suvarnshree.com.

1. Return Eligibility (15 Days)

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Returns requested after 15 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at rcj.4268@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)

  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
